NFL agent Tory Dandy is heading to Athletes First as an equity partner. Dandy spent the last nine years at CAA Sports as the managing partner and co-head of football, where he negotiated deals for some of football’s top names like Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb, Eagles WR A.J. Brown, Broncos CB Patrick Surtain II, Browns CB Denzel Ward, and dozens more.

Tory Dandy has been deeply connected to football throughout his life. His journey as a college football standout at South Carolina State University and Tusculum College empowers him to understand and inspire his clients both on and off the field. As an NFLPA agent, he passionately supports his clients and their families in every aspect of their lives.

Tory obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Sports Management from Tusculum College in 2002, followed by a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Webster University in 2004.

He dedicates himself to the community, visiting schools and churches to inspire and uplift youth. As a youth mentor in the CDC Mentor Program of the Carolinas, he invests in the next generation. In 2013, he established “The Tory Dandy Educational Scholarship,” which honors graduating seniors from Woodruff High School in South Carolina.

Tory began his professional career in 2004, quickly advancing to Director of Recruiting at Synergy Sports. In 2006, he moved to Maximum Sports, working alongside veteran agents Eugene Parker and Roosevelt Barnes. At just 29, Tory made headlines by signing Tyson Jackson, the #3 overall pick in the NFL Draft.

Throughout his tenure at Maximum Sports, Tory represented numerous clients with dedication and success. In 2013, he joined the Relativity Sports Family, where, as a certified NFLPA agent, he focuses on contract negotiation, client services, and the pre-draft process. As of July 2025, Tory has achieved the milestone of becoming an equity partner at Athletes First.
